5 second breatholds

This exercise is very good when we feel anxious, have the first symptom of asthma and to help lower the sensitivity to CO2.
If you are pregnant or have serious illness please get in touch before doing any of the exercises.

Cadence breathing 4- 6

Please adapt this exercise to your capacity. 
If you have difficulty doing a cadence of 4 in 6 out, then reduce to 2 in and 4 out.
If you feel 5 minutes is too long then reduce to 2 - 3 minutes and slowly increase the time.
