It’s amazing how difficult the first movement of tummy ( left up right down) is. I suppose it feels like nothing to you, but it’s quite taxing. Feels good afterwards though. Like I’ve done loads of sit ups. The inserts on how to put your hands are great and very helpful. The information to download is very clear. I had no problem with it. I like the course.
